Born in Tokyo, graduated from International Christian University, Tokyo BA (one year at Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts, USA as an exchange student), she served as an Advisor to the Mergers and Acquisition Department of Yamaichi Securities Co. Ltd., responsible for M&A in pharmaceutical and bio-technology industries.
She established Albero Sacro Limited in 1991, and has been the president of the company since then. Albero Sacro is a pioneering consulting company specializing in international tax planning and investment mainly for high-net worth individuals and their corporations.
She authored books "Money Education in an Affluent Society" in 2011, "Magnificent Senior" in 2008, "Financial Philosophy for Protecting Your Assets - How to Avoid Pitfalls in Investment", "48 Lessons from Celebrities" in 2006, "Money Education for Your Children's Future Success - how to give allowance" in 2005, "Financial Education" in 2001, "The Insider's guide to investing Overseas" in 1997, and "Asset Management in a Borderless Age -- how can we learn from Western investors" in 1995.
Has contributed articles for economic magazines and been a lecturer at various conferences on hedge fund, private bank, family office, financial education and inheritance issues.

Based on her extensive network among Japanese entrepreneurs and individual investors, she offers comprehensive financial and tax consulting services, including intergenerational asset transfer and on overseas investments with emphasis on hedge funds. In addition to consulting, she oversees investments for a foundation and an endowment and serves as directors for NPOs.
